Manufacturer Product Warranty Return Policy

In order to get manufacturer product warranty service, you must provide a copy of a sales receipt, gift receipt, or purchase invoice showing the original purchase date, as well as ship the defective product in to us. Once we receive the product, we will repair or replace the shredder at our discretion. In the event that we do not have the same model to replace because it is discontinued or out of stock, we will replace with a comparable or better model with the same cut type (strip cut, crosscut, diamond-cut) as the original purchase.

If you are out of the manufacturer warranty period, but have purchased an extended warranty plan, please contact the store or retailer where you purchased the product for further assistance. We do not have any access to any store records.
